About The Instructor
In the year 2000, MsChaos Divine graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Fine Arts - Visual Arts degree. Her graduating work was a seductive, post apocalyptic performance and installation... a vision of the future that has come full circle as she celebrates her ten year burlesque-a-versary in 2020.
After years of edgy fashion design and sewing, fashion show productions, and gallery shows, MsChaos found her true calling when in 2010 she co-founded Vaudeville Tattoo Badass Burlesque. She produced, performed, and private stream livecast her first burlesque show in her new home town, Hamilton, ON. With focus on her handmade costumes and dramatic performances, she was quickly adopted by the Toronto scene, sitting on the board of directors for the Toronto Burlesque Festival 2011-2014, and receiving a most dedicated award. She was a founding member of Great Canadian Burlesque, and with this troupe found a very busy and exciting performance career, with highlights including shimmying out of a fringe dress on the CBC evening news.
MsChaos has offered burlesque workshops in Hamilton, produced/performed in burlesque brunches, and she’s been featured in many local productions and artist collaborations as she continues to focus on the growing Hamilton community.
Well known for her bizarre and theatrical transforming costumes, MsChaos Divine continues to be the unpredictable little minx that her friends, fans and kinksters everywhere have grown to adore.
